# Connecting

[Liz Povar](https://www.riverlinkgroup.com/blog/author/liz-povar)

Well, it's quite a time we're living in.......

- If like me, you feel discombobulated (word of the day).....
- If like me, you feel un-moored.....
- If like me, you feel anxious.....
- Let's change our perspective and focus away from our internal feelings.....
- Let's reach out to help those who are more impacted by today's environment.....the elderly, the ill, the lonely...the small businesses and the health care workers and the overwhelmed and the isolated.
- Take a look at my friend Stephanie Heinatz's thoughts....here on her blog....[SUPPORT EACH OTHER](https://consociate.marketing/support-each-othereven-when-apart-from-each-other/)

We can do this, together.

With Kind Yellowsocks Regards,

Liz
